Power Packs
A Power Pack is a necessity for your strand jack requirements. It is in essence, the heart of all lifting operations – it provides both the means of energy to lift, in the form of hydraulic oil from a motor driven pump, and the controllability of the jacks throughout the lift. We can design and build Power Packs to suit you with any requirement. You may choose either a stand-alone Diesel unit, or variable speed electric motor driven unit. These can then operate between one and eight Jacks(Depending on your demands), either manually by an operator we can supply, or by pre-programmed computers.
Door Breakers
Emergency services often require quick access into a building. Traditional battering rams are often too loud and time consuming, which is where the Extreme Lifting Hydraulically operated Doorbreaker comes into action. It is a powerful single-person operated piece of equipment capable of opening doors of all sizes and designs, in a discrete and calm manner.Operation works by holding the dual cylinder Doorbreaker in position, whereby it will open to the doorframe size, and drive into the surrounding structure up to a predetermined pressure. At this point it will push forward on the door until it collapses; all of which is controlled on the door breaker itself by the operator.
Strand Jack
Extreme Lifting provides in-house tailor made jacks that will suit all your requirements. While we primarily specialise in 30 and 45 tonne jacks, our production capabilities range from single stranded 15 tonne jacks to 300 tonne. We are able to supply custom jack cradles and adaptor plates to suit the structural frames of the job.
